14-day returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

• Message our Concierge on WhatsApp or reply to your order email with your order number.
• We collect the parcel from your door, free of charge, anywhere in the UAE.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payments made with tabby are refunded to your tabby account.
